A fellow bird photographer very kindly pointed us at the nest of this great horned owl. We made repeated visits for many good photo sessions, including sharing looks through our lenses with lines of children. Fun. Joan (my wife and fellow-photographer) taught me a lesson: I should have moved so the bright sky was not included in the image.
