I liked the original photo (below), but it was too cluttered. I was drawn to the girl who saw me taking the photo, looked right into the lens and smailed. So I cropped away, cloned out quite a bit, then used poster edges and filters to end up with a photo very reminiscent of Norman Rockwell.
